I have been staying at hotels across the country and this one by far has the best breakfast out of all of them, and it's about 5 different hotels! They were also kind enough to let us use one of the exterior outlets to charge our car. If they had not, I don't think we would have made it to the next charging station, so I really appreciate them going out of their way to help us (we provided our own extension cable). They are pet friendly, which is super important to me, since my pet is my family! The room was also very clean and comfortable. Parking is plentiful and easy.

Even though they are in the middle of a remodel it was great. The remodel was well organized and the workers were helpful and courteous. The staff was also great! We loved the view from our window, it was a beautiful country setting.

We selected it for its proximity to the interstate, but it was quiet and easily accessible. Everyone was efficient and helpful. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in similar conditions- hot and well prepared eggs and oatmeal. Great selections.

the beds were super comfortable & the room was incredibly clean. the shower water pressure was incredible & HOT for those who need that after a long day of hiking. + rooms also seemed to be pretty soundproof, hardly could hear noise unless it was directly in front of the door. first time staying at sleep inn & definitely will be back for the comfy beds

The check in was so easy and fast! Kali was so helpful and knowledgeable. The beds were super comfortable, everything was clean. They have water and coffee and tea available 24/7. A nice little shop for beverages or a snack. The outside was clean . Parking was easy!

The front desk person I think his name was Landon or something similar to that. He has excellent customer service 👏. That is hard to find . He gave us options for food. He needs a raise

It's what you would expect from a Sleep Inn, modern, clean, comfortable, and had a decent breakfast in the morning. I like that it was located outside downtown Idaho Falls. I had a lot of stuff in my car and felt like it was safe in the parking lot overnight. The staff was also very friendly.

The gal at the check inn desk was great . I had traveled 600 miles and when I went to check in she walked me through everything step by step. She even gave me dinner suggestions. Everyone working there was exceptional.kudos to your company for hiring such wonderful people. Thank you !

The room was very clean along with the rest of the facility. Only disappointment was the carpet by the door looked like an animal tried to eat it. The concrete under the carpet and pad was showing. Even with that I wouldn't think twice about staying there again.
